The main goal of the KOMPAS line is, in contrast to the well-known crisis lines or help lines, which are always specialized in one problem, to provide a general, basic service, that is high-quality and in a qualified way - we help with defining the problem.
The KOMPAS line offers the possibility of repeated non-anonymous telephone contact, it functions as primary care before handing the client over to specific crisis lines or relevant organizations to which it directly links.
The KOMPAS line service is FREE - the client pays the normal price of his call (based on his tariff or flat rate).
The talk time is a maximum of 30 minutes.
The operator is bound by confidentiality and processes brief documentation of the call. The operator reports on the conducted interviews within the line team.
